This is a full cross-country Morocco adventure, linking the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara, imperial cities, the Rif Mountains, and the Mediterranean coast into one epic loop. It’s built for riders who want to see Morocco in depth, from desert silence to lively medinas and coastal horizons.

The ride is moderate in difficulty but rich in reward, combining long, satisfying riding days with cultural highlights and varied landscapes. You’ll experience everything from high mountain passes and remote desert roads to historic cities and blue mountain towns, all while enjoying comfortable end-of-day recovery with basic expenses covered including hotels, food, and fuel.

DAY 01

Marrakech to Aït Benhaddou

The journey begins with a briefing and bike preparation in Marrakech before climbing into the High Atlas Mountains. Sweeping mountain roads and Berber villages lead you over the range and down into southern Morocco. The day ends at Aït Benhaddou, Morocco’s most famous kasbah and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Aït Benhaddou to Dadès Gorges

Ride through classic southern landscapes of open plains, kasbah valleys, and rising rock formations. The scenery becomes increasingly dramatic as you approach the Dadès Gorges, where winding canyon roads cut through towering red cliffs.

DAY 03

Dadès Gorges to Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

A powerful riding day through remote desert regions. Vast horizons and long flowing roads lead you to Merzouga, where the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi rise from the desert floor. Sunset over the dunes is a highlight of the tour.

DAY 04

Merzouga to Azrou

Leaving the Sahara behind, the route follows the palm-lined Ziz Valley before climbing steadily into the Middle Atlas. The air cools, the landscape turns green, and cedar forests signal your arrival in the mountain town of Azrou.

DAY 05

Azrou to Fes

A shorter riding day through rolling Middle Atlas terrain brings you to Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. The afternoon is yours to explore the ancient medina, a maze of medieval streets, markets, and craftsmanship.

Fes to Chefchaouen

The ride north into the Rif Mountains introduces quieter roads and lush scenery. Chefchaouen appears like a mirage, its blue-washed streets tucked into the mountains. The evening is free to explore this iconic town at a relaxed pace.

Chefchaouen to Tangier

Descending from the Rif Mountains, the route heads toward the Mediterranean coast. Tangier welcomes you with its historic port, kasbah views, and unique blend of African and European influence.

Tangier to Casablanca

A scenic ride south along the Atlantic corridor. Open roads and coastal plains lead to Casablanca, Morocco’s modern economic hub. The overnight stop here breaks up the return journey and allows time to relax or visit the Hassan II Mosque area.

Casablanca to Marrakech

A smooth final ride through fertile plains returns you to Marrakech. The journey ends where it began, with a final group dinner celebrating the miles, landscapes, and shared adventure.
